Be an Agrati employee

I’m Alice YAF Production Manager, responsible for cold forming/rolling department and FG warehouse. It’s my honor to work as an employee of Agrati and grow together with company during last 10 years.
I started as customer service officer, and after I had a new opportunity as Packing and Logistic Supervisor. Thanks to those experiences and to my passion for the production activities and projects I became Production Manager.
I always try my best to pass the company concept and culture to each worker, support them to realize the value of their life, always focus on continuous improvement.

My name is Rick Headrick and I’ve been afforded the opportunity to grow, develop and advance throughout my 29-year career with Agrati. I began my career in the Packaging Department in 1993 and have always taken pride in our ability to service our customer and meeting their most stringent requirements.
Over the course of my career, I moved into positions of increasing responsibility, including Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager and my current role of Shipping-Warehouse Manager. I’ve enjoyed the day-to-day challenges of each role and continue to take pride in being part of the Agrati team.
